Some carry Chopin in their hearts, others thoughts of revenge.

I took a few days off Simpleology, mostly due to a change in the sleep schedule of my daughter.

I have to say that it does make a big difference to how productive I feel.  I'm not certain I would have been any more productive using Simpleology, but I was certainly more aware of the difference in my progress towards my goals.

Now if I can just figure out some practical stuff for my Power Praxis, I can get back on track.

Simpleology Exercise for today:

Hhmm.  Lesson 12 today I think.

Strengthening and weakening decisions.

Which is just what I've been doing.  How ironic.

What I really need though is ways of identifying strengthening decisions.  While it is easy enough to spot a weakening one, I find it difficult to notice when I've done something unexpected that improved things.
